Im taking online course. Nice people, nice food, Ajarn always there to help SADLY “แผนกทะเบียน” just ruined everything and please remember that if “แผนกทะเบียน” are reading this - you should be aware that YOU ARE THE MAIN PART OF WHY I DECIDED TO QUIT UNIVERSITY. When I first registered, they sent email with google form link of required documents that they needed. After fill-in all the documents, days later they sent me another email informed that the doc that I sent are missing (by missing I need to state from my point that 1. Health check they said to me in email that it’s optional 2. Some docs that stated in that email, I already attached it with google form and somehow they couldn’t find it) In the email they informed that I can attached the missing doc and reply back. Luckily that the uni is near my place so I decided to go by myself just to found out that some of the docs needed to be shown in the real one not the copied one (which didn’t stated in email). And my health check is not valid due to it’s not a government hospital health check program. Which mean I wasted a day of work for nothing since all of those necessary information didn’t stated anywhere in the email. They don’t even care, Idk whether sitting in air conditioning room are too chill or they don’t like working with people but their gesture, voices, and words are very rude. By rude, I didn’t mean that they use bad words but imagine - you need help and willing to fix what’s going on and then “แผนกทะเบียน” member just said no, contact you advisor, maidai, ESPECIALLY A LOT OF SIGH. What’s the point of being “แผนกทะเบียน” when you are not even willing to help, inaccurate information, and rude behavior. What’s worst is that they don’t even accepted their mistake. When my mom contact them to ensure and corrected the information, they just said that they already put all that information in the email. Like, come on, you are fear of making mistake but you are also not willing to help to corrected YOUR mistake. What a contrast. In the end, I need to go have all health check process again 2 days in a row - spent my working day to bring the authentic documents just to turn those docs in (luckily this time the lady that I dealing with are not there so I met another person and he is good and very helpful). I thought this gonna be my last time hitting up with this event BUT IT’S NOT Lately, I’ve got promote and my workload increases and I decided to drop out so I call “แผนกทะเบียน”. and this part really make me mad After saying hello and inform her what I want She’s asking me for the students number (Which I cant remember lol) so I need to open it from my note and ask her to hold the line, During that time I heard a few sigh again and her voice become harder and sound like she feel annoyed. After she got my student number, she ask me - “จะดรอปหรือลาออก” drop or quit the university? it’s my first time doing this so I ask her what’s the different between that and if I quit, can I still register again in the future. She replied Sigh (Again??? Is sitting all day is too hard for this lady to bare with????) . . Yes you can Go ask you advisor So I told her that I already make up my mind. (Thinking it’s about my time table, I know the best since I tried to manage to work and study but it’s not working. I know contacting advisor is an option, a good option, but I made up my mind already so what’s the point of doing that?) And surprisingly, she replied me with go ask you advisor first like three or four time and her voice start to get more harder and harder. (If life in “แผนกทะเบียน” is that hard better quit and develop your own “ask you advisor” department mai.) No no no this is not the final scene yet, Since I already get mad so I ask my mom to help me contact them again since parents may get different treatment. Surprise me - she also told my mom to ask my advisor and if I want to quit I need to go to uni by myself and i need to 1. Contact แผนกทะเบียน 2. Contact my advisor 3. Contact the co-president 4. Bla bla. 🙄🙄🙄

Quality education with adopted Japnese organization culture. Non-stressful enviornment with caring lecturers and prof.[s] who are willing to help the students in need. The only downside is it was fully online classes in the current year of 2021. Overall it is as good as i said. Scholarship available and its flexible, easy to maintain; altough you shoud prepare to fully pay the 1st term, for its policy is cashback. P.S. Waiting for educost relieving according to the pandemic situation.
